Description
SoilMaster T&A is the new Wykeham Farrance software for remote control testing and data acquiring of automatic consolidation and shear machines.
The software allows to connect multiple devices with:
- Remote control of the main functions such as start, stop, test setup, sensors limit;
- Sensors’ calibration menu;
- Numerical and graphical displaying of results;
- Storage of test and calibration data.
Main Features
- Fully Automatic control and data acquisition: it can run in a fully automatic way groups of machines, such that you can start a test and continue with other duties. Automation allows a test to be started and run independently, requiring no further user interaction until the results are processed and reported using for example our SoilMaster P&R (Processing &Reporting) or own spreadsheet.
- Real time Formulas: in addition to the raw data acquired by sensors connected to the machines, also different real time customizable formulas are also available.
- Additional channels option: Possibility to enable free channels to acquire additional physical dimensions.
- Modular software design: It is designed to be modular, a single activation code is required for each group of machines (ACE EmS, Shearmatic EmS, Autoshear, Torshear EmS). In case of multiple machine of the same group no need to buy any additional activation code.
- Safety Machine use: different number of built-in features in order to protect the machine in case some specific testing conditions are reached during the test.
- International languages: It supports a number of different languages for all type of test, also custom languages is also available
